4:30 to 5:00 – Family Yoga – Ages 1.5 – 5 with an adult
5:00 to 5:30 – School Age – Ages 5 – 10+

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. There will be some available.
Kids Yoga is a fun, playful class where kids can move energy through their bodies and bring calm into their minds. Yoga can help kids promote a positive attitude toward physical activity, build self-esteem, focus, and concentration in a encouraging and non-competitive environment. Kids learn yoga poses through games and songs.
Kids Yoga is a great activity for ALL children – it allows children to participate at their own level.
