Hi! Welcome to my first podcast workout. Please be kind:) I am not a technical wiz, so it’s not the smoothest. However, it is a great 25 minute interval workout. You will work on your cardio and strength for 25 minutes and I will talk you through every move. You do not need any equipment for this workout – just your sneakers and some motivation! Try it and let me know what you think.
I got the idea to do a podcast from the ladies in my Hot Mama class. This way, you can join us from home. It is also a great way to take a workout with you if you are traveling. You can download the workout right onto your computer and take it with you on your ipod or mp3 player.
If anyone knows a way to access free music, I would love to add some to the background. Iplan to add some yoga in the future as well.
